Vesperaloom operates exclusively within the borders of Singapore. We do not accept orders or facilitate deliveries for addresses located outside this region. Our services, logistics, and customer support are specifically designed to meet the needs of the local Singaporean market.
Ordering and Availability
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on stock availability or logistical constraints.
Once an order is confirmed, we begin the preparation process to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner.
Payment Method and Logistics
To simplify the experience for our users, Vesperaloom operates using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. You are required to provide the full payment to our delivery representative at your doorstep. We do not apply any hidden fees, nor do we add any shipping costs to your total. The price you see during the checkout process is the final amount you pay.
Our delivery timeline is structured to be reliable. We require 2 business days for internal order packaging and shipping preparation. Following this, the transit phase takes additional time, resulting in a total delivery period of 4 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can shift. You may cancel your order at any point while the product remains within our facility. However, once the package is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the cancellation window closes.
At that stage, no order cancellations are entertained.
Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the condition of the items we send out. Vesperaloom offers a 30-day return policy, which commences on the day your package is delivered. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Eligibility: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or do not match the description of the product you ordered. You can also apply for a product exchange, if the dress you ordered, is not the right fit.
- Exclusions: We do not facilitate returns, exchanges, or refunds for cases involving a change of mind. We encourage our community to review their choices thoroughly before finalizing a purchase.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.
Return and Refund Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at contact@vesperaloom.com. (Note: please ensure your records reflect our official email for all correspondence). We will organize a courier pickup from your location at no additional cost to you.
Upon the arrival of the item at our warehouse, our team performs an inspection within 24 hours. Following this review:
- We will arrange a replacement for the item if it is available.
- If the item or size is unavailable or the damage cannot be resolved, we will initiate a full refund.
Since we operate via COD, we do not possess your banking data. We will contact you via email to request your bank details for a transfer. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your specific banking institution.
Data Privacy and PDPA Compliance
Your privacy is a priority. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, we collect only the information necessary to fulfill your orders and improve our service. This includes your name, contact number, and physical address.
