By focusing our operations solely on the local market, we can navigate the geography effectively and provide a consistent experience for every resident who chooses to shop with us. We do not facilitate international shipping or deliveries to addresses outside the national borders.
Our Delivery Timeline
We understand that receiving your new dress in a timely manner is important to you. Our delivery process is structured into two distinct phases to ensure accuracy and speed:
- Order Preparation and Packaging: Once you finalize your selection on our website, our team begins the preparation process. This involves a thorough review of the item and secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit. We allocate 2 business days for this internal stage.
- Transit and Delivery: After the preparation phase, your package is handed over to our local logistics partners. The transit phase takes an additional period, resulting in a total delivery timeline of 4 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
We operate our logistics from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will begin their processing cycle on the following business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Model
To provide a seamless and secure transaction experience, Vesperaloom utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment system. We recognize that many of our customers prefer the security of paying for their items only when they are physically present at their doorstep.
When our delivery representative arrives at your location, you are required to provide the full payment for your order. We aim to keep our pricing simple and honest:
- No Shipping Costs: We do not apply any delivery fees to your order. The logistics expense is entirely on us.
- No Hidden Charges: The price listed on our website for your chosen attire is the final amount you will pay to the courier. We do not add any surcharges or processing fees at the point of delivery.
Order Tracking and Status
Once your package is dispatched from our facility, it enters our active delivery network. If you have questions regarding the status of your arrival within the 4 business-days window, our support team is available to provide updates.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure that every delivery is handled with professionalism and reaches the correct recipient.
Cancellation and Dispatch Protocols
Our system allows for flexibility before the shipping process begins. You may cancel your order at any time while the item is still being prepared at our facility. However, once the 2-day packaging phase is complete and the item is dispatched to our logistics partners, the order is considered "in transit."
At this stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled, and any order cancellations will not be entertained.
Commitment to Data Protection
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, we use your delivery details, such as your name, physical address, and contact number, strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share your information with unauthorized third parties. Our couriers receive only the data necessary to navigate to your location and complete the transaction.
